Maybe, just maybe, the kids’ll be alright… okay that’s probably not true because of the unending hell that’s the present and will likely future. At least there’s music, but who knows how long we’ll actually have that since so many things are being taken out of schools. At least there’s Adopt the Arts, a nonprofit organization that’s trying to provide music education in underserved elementary schools. They’re hosting their “Sound & Vision Awards” honoring legends who’ve done big things in the industry from a talent and charitable perspective. This time around Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath) and Paul Rodgers (Bad Company, Free) are getting the acknowledgment.
